The "O-Report" Monthly Competitive Tracking

Developed and led Olaplex’s internal competitive intelligence function through the creation of “The O-Report,” a monthly, executive-facing report tracking industry trends, competitive performance, and cultural shifts across the haircare and beauty landscape.

Owned the process end-to-end, including research, analysis, and editorial writing, synthesizing data across social, retail, and earned media to deliver clear, actionable insights. The report became a widely utilized tool across marketing leadership and ELT, informing strategic decision-making, campaign planning, and brand positioning.
