Supported the planning and execution of a VIP/VIC influencer dinner for LoveShackFancy at Le Bilboquet in partnership with Whispering Angel Wines to launch the Hamptons summer season. Managed cross-functional event coordination including vendor sourcing, photographer and tableware rental management, cake vendor partnerships, influencer/editor outreach, and guest relationship management to deliver a highly branded luxury experience aligned with LoveShackFancy’s immersive event aesthetic. The event strategy reflected the brand’s signature approach to experiential storytelling through curated tablescapes, influencer engagement, and elevated hospitality moments.
